Welcome to Sound Acres. We generally prefer to work on all-in flat project rates for albums/EP's. For transparency, below is a breakdown of our à la carte rates.
STUDIO TIME:

Weekly Rate (7 days): $3750 (additional days billed @ $500/day)
for outside engineers to rent studio

Freelance Day Rate: $300

Freelance Weekly Rate: $1850 (additional days billed @ $250/day)
Mixing:
Per Song: Starting at $200 per track (varies by run time + track count)
Includes:

Optional alt mixes (instrumental, clean mix, performance track)
Mastering:
Stereo Mastering: $60 per song
Stem Mastering: $125 per song

High-res + streaming formats

ISRC + metadata embedding if needed
Lodging:
This fee is to cover the extra costs of utilities/cleaning/laundry/paper goods/etc.
